My Man Monday.
Jason gave my these really nice hiking shoes for Christmas. They are really comfortable and light. I tell people that I needed the shoes in blue so that if I get lost on a hike, it will be easy to describe me. ”That lady with the blue shoes!”
The shoes were great, but the best gift he gave me was our wedding on DVD. We have it on VHS, but that is becoming obsolete. I have been meaning to transfer it forever, but have put it off. When I opened the box and saw a DVD, I had no clue since it didn’t have a label on it. He told me to go put it in my computer and watch. I did, and as soon as I heard the music, I knew what it was and I cried like a baby. It was a big surprise. Even bigger surprise that he knew where the video was since he doesn’t like to watch it with me on our anniversary. I love that man. I love that he knows the things I treasure. Thanks Jason for my awesome gifts, and for making me have a stuffy nose the rest of the day from crying!
